    Amendment to the Tradewinds rules.

    Hi all, due to recent events the following amendment has been added to the Tradewinds rules/guidelines:

    SCAPE members are required to have a minimum of 25 post or 10 post and having attended a SCAPE meeting, before being allowed to post items for sale or trade in the Tradewinds forum.
