I built a pond last year and I love it. But when it comes to cleaning, I do not have any method to clean it perfectly and my rabbits keep it dirty all the time. Ponds are very exciting, my parents have a nice koi pond at their house. They use UV light in the filter but i heard thats not good cuz it kills the beneficial bacteria.
Do you plan to have plants in your pond?
Are you putting fish or turtles?
Do you plan to put nets to cover your pond so birds dont eat your fish?
