Talking New 85gal build thoughts appreciated!

I’ve been out of the hobby and back in many times at this point. Got back in about a year ago building a 20 gallon cubey tank. Now I’m hooked again. So this is my new 88 Gallon build. I’m taking my time with it. Trying to define the space as I’ve always ended up with a jungle in the past. This is my biggest build ever. I will do my best to update with pics and progress as I go along. So far just got the stand painted and substrate in.

I think you need a bigger branch or just more of it since the tank is so big. I have a big piece of spider wood that might work. If interested let me know.

This tank will be a center piece of my living room! In regards to more wood. My tanks have always ended up like a jungle with very little true depth to the scape. To me it seems if you crowd the tank to much it takes away from the aesthetic. Trying to go minimalist especially on that right side of the tank except for the back of it to try and create more contrast. We’ll see how it’s turns out. Always like the look of spider wood, so I’ll hit you up if the manzanita branch doesn’t work out.
