We now accept credit cards for auction orders $20 and up.

**IMPORTANT**

Please read the following notice of club meeting/event RSVP policies.


Reason for the Rules:

Meeting Host's Time, Money and Efforts are being wasted when members/guests who RSVP do not attend.

Club funds are lost/used up on members/guest who RSVP and do not attend.


Procedures:

Meeting information thread will be opened prior to the RSVP thread to inform members of upcoming meetings.

When RSVP thread is activated/allows members/guest to RSVP, only members who know they are going to attend should RSVP.

If a change in circumstances does not allow you to attend after you have RSVPed, Remove yourself/guests from the RSVP list .

The RSVP list will be closed 2 days prior to the meeting day in order for the Host and club to finalize plans. Anyone who needs to make changes/would like to attend after that will have to PM the "SCAPE Moderating Team".


Violation and Penalties:

Violation of the above procedures will result in the following:

1st violation: Notice via PM that member is in violation and raffle tickets earned/will be earned may be forfeited for a period at the discretion of the moderators. Member will also be placed on a list to keep track of # of violations.

2nd violation: Notice will be sent warning PM that violation has been repeated (and along with withholding of raffle ticket earnings) may also be asked not to RSVP/attend meetings for a specified period of time.

further violations: Notice via PM that member may be banned for a period of time (to be decided by moderators) along with the previous stated reprimands.


Please be considerate to your hosts and club, RSVP Only when you know you will be attending.

Don't forget to RSVP, the meeting date is approaching quick. Make sure to list your auction items as soon as possible; the better the auction list looks, the more people will attend, and interest will be higher in the items you bring!

Anyone bringing giant indian almond leaves? (Looking at you, Kyle / @kberg2498)

I added some auction stuff but it's hard to know until I start taking stuff out of the tank all what I'll have. I'm looking for manzanita (that'll fit in a 20G) and have a hard time resisting mosses I haven't tried before or mini plants.

Also, if anyone in the Venice/Culver City area wants to carpool and doesn't mind a stop at D*ck's Sporting Goods in El Segundo (I'm going to FINALLY refill my paintball CO2 tank after 15 months empty, LOL), PM me.

wow… after so long, i don’t even know the last time i used this app and got on the forum… ANYWAYS i’m looking forward to see old/new faces at this months meet. can anyone direct me to the post where people are looking for specifics for the auction? i’m probably going to bring some mosses, floating plants, maybe some anubias nana. look out for some pond/marginal plants that i’ll be having. don’t know if i have equipment but i’ll check!

Ive been out fishing more than I have been trying to improve my fish tanks lately lol. I might come back to a meet next month if it doesn't overlap with one of my trips down in San Diego! Someone in the club should do a group buy of those leaves now that the port is opened up in thailand and you can actually get them! They shut that little family farm down for almost an entire year due to covid and the rainy season ruining their leaves. :P
