Probably best just to purchase new dry fertz, label them and be safe with dosing... it resembles gh booster... but impossible to tell for sure...
Check out Nilogc ...dry fertz are pretty inexpensive....and I like his products

Maybe you can add some to water and test the water.
I agree just add some to a cup of water then test the parameters.
Looks like gh booster or possession nitrate to me
