    Tony,

They are hooked in to the stock sockets which i think are MR11 Halogen sockets I think these are 12V AC/DC from what i recall.

I like how you added the fluorescent light there. I'm trying to do something like that. Where/how did you do the bulb connector. Did you buy the screw-on part separately?

you can but the socket at home depot or lowes but you have to wire it yourself. Wiring is really easy though, what i did was buy a cheap 2 dollar extension cord and I kept the wall plug and cut the end off and wire the stripped ends to a the socket. In total it cost me about 5 bucks plus the bulb of choice.

    Update:
I had a bit of trouble with the CO2 set up and ended up nuking my tank... then afterwards i got a problem with a huge BBA and hair algae bloom, which I have been dealing with since.

Got most of the stuff sorted out, the tank has been mostly empty except for a couple RCS. I also changed out the driftwood for some rocks and removed the most of the crypts because they started to melt.

    what do you think?

Looks awesome! The stem in the far right corner looks lonely, Try and get a bush going there, and try and find a cool center piece stem plant that can go behind that rock in the middle and it will look a lot better IMHO. But Love it so far, the Crypt looks really healthy

Looking good! You should dose some more Iron though, your plants are looking a little yellow.

Thanks guys! I know It needs more improvement in the background, I'm still working on that. If you guys can recommend some good stem plants that would be great.

As for the Iron, How would I dose that? I have just been putting in flourish comprehensive.

I have a test for Iron at home and ill do a test when I get home.
