When I try to use the "forgot password" utillity on the auction site I get this error. I am useing both IE 9 beta and FF 4.0 and both return the same error.

What is the Auction Site user name you choose when you registered there?

My fault. The register option isn't very obvious. Might want to rethink the menu placement.
