    Question Grand Raffle Ticket Rules and Stipulations:

    Raffle Tickets for the "Semi Annual Grand Raffle Meeting", planned for June and December, are earned several ways; 1. Each time a registered member checks in at a monthly meeting (2 tickets), 2. a member purchases or donates within the meeting auctions (1 ticket for each $5 spent or donated), 3. Hosting a meeting (10 tickets), 4. purchasing raffle tickets at these meetings, or earned at club event (TBA). These earned tickets will be passed out/can be picked up at subsequent meetings.

You will need to make arrangements to have any prizes you win taken away from the meeting site at the end, SCAPE is not responsible for any lost or unclaimed prizes.
    *There will be a system of limits of "wins per Tier" to protect against the rare chance that one member's tickets are drawn for most of the prizes. If the same member's tickets are drawn more times than the limit per Tier, their ticket will be returned to the raffle drum and another ticket will be drawn until we have a ticket that qualifies.

    New: Grand Tier - 1 win per member
    Tier 1 - 1 win per member
    Tier 2 - 1 win per member
    Tier 3 - 2 wins per member
    Tier 4 - 3 wins per member

    So the most one member can take home is 1+1 + 1 + 2 + 3 = 8 raffle prizes.

    Again, during the auction the unualifying ticket does go back into the drum so no one loses a ticket.

    Exclamation Filling out your tickets.

    Please be sure to your USER NAME on the portion of the tickets that says "Name". KEEP the portion of the tickets that says to.


    PLEASE BE COURTEOUS:

    WRITE NEAT and LEGIBLY with the FULL user name (not acronyms or shorthand) so the meeting can run smoothly and we don't have to decipher ugly markings. We have had this problem in the past and are trying our best to keep the drawing enjoyable and not chaotic.

    Exclamation Reminder

    It is best too have your user name neatly written on your tickets before coming to the meeting.

    It would be a shame if another ticket has to be drawn because yours is not legible

    FYI:

    *USER NAMES MUST BE WRITTEN ON EACH RAFFLE TICKET to be valid, otherwise another ticket will be drawn for that prize.
    *All information transmitted on scapeclub.org becomes property of the club and its site unless or , is under the observation of the site moderators and the sender should have no expectation of privacy. All manner of communication must adhere to the club policy regarding content, etiquette, attacks, (as stated in these Rules here: http://scapeclub.org/forum/showthrea...l=1#post191624). Violations along these lines could result in disciplinary actions up to and including "banning from the site and SCAPE activitiess."

    **All raised fees and donations will be used to fund expenses of SCAPE activities such as but not limited to contests, meeting activities, web hosting, etc.

    Update and Notice: We want the raffle to be fair so please follow the following rules with your tickets.

    Do not FOLD your tickets or ALTER them in any noticeable way (ie. tearing, cutting, etc.).

    If winning tickets are found to be altered or there is a pattern of alteration found among winning tickets, tickets matching those alterations may not be eligible to win.

    Normal "wear" to tickets are understandable but folding/shaping and blatant/patterned alterations of tickets are not allowed.
