Red King Kong shrimps losing color?

Hello,

I got a couple of red king kong for a couple of weeks now and something weird is happening in the last week. The white stripes on the shrimp is becoming clear and not staying white. There was 1 and now 2, not sure what is going on. They look healthy and eating but not ... thriving?
I use RO water with GH+ remineralized (about 100 TDS), UNS controsoil substrate, bunch of alder cones, and some plants in the tank.
