10 gallon, first aquascape

This is my first attempt at a scaped tank

Started with a 10 gallon aqueon(I bought 3 during dollar a gallon sale)

My plan is to do a reverse flow under gravel filter, the internal pump and heater will be hidden behind java fern.

Tomorrow I plan in doing some moss work on the wood

Large plant wise I have various ferns,swords,and anubius in grow out as well as a tiger lotus that is starting to get leaves

I may try a pearl weed carpet, I have 2 pots over growing in my quarantine tank

Fish wise, I have about 8 guppies wrapping up quarantine, and various shrimp. I saw my first baby guppies within 48 hours of bringing them home

I have a jcp light that I will say provides a strong medium light in this tank.

I will probably put co2 at least to start it, I have a splitter on my large tank, but ultimately this is going on my night stand so it may not stay c02(I do have an old paint ball cylinder so I'm not ruling it out)

Substrate is eco complete black and I have white gravel or sand for the foreground.

Most of my epephyte planst are already glued onto lava rocks to make moving plants easier

Still playing with wood arrangement.

So today I started my tank.

Java moss on the wood
Java fern
Cryptocoryne Wendtii Green,
Ar mini red
Echinodorus Cordifolius- marble queen sword
Tiger lotus

Cloudy water is because I squeezed out my aquaclear 110 sponge into a 5 gallon bucket of dirty aquarium water while doing water change on my 55 today.

Only minor catastrophic failure when all the pre soaked wood floated up on me.

It will probably be 2 weeks before I add any fish, and I'm going to hold off on sand till after I have the tank cycled and vacuum a few times

I am liking the little internal pump, it is dead silent and actually creating a current in the tank

Its been 45 minutes since I took the picture and the water has already cleared up about 50% better.

3 days in and the water is now crystal clear,
I did a 50% water change yesterday,

The wisteria doesn't like being next to the filter outlet, and kept blowing away.

I reshuffled the wood into the back ground

Actually the giant rock in the focal point kinda works

Next up will be 3d printing the adapter from the filter outlet to the under gravel filter
