    CO2 tank refill costs

FYI: Just found out that it is almost the same price to fill a 2.5 pound tank and 10 pound tank.....25 bucks at a welding supply store.

Do you have a Matheson's out by you? My 10lb tank costs $16 to refill there and its the same price for an exchange.

    Hey Des,
Check out California Tool & Welding Supply. The one I go to in Santa Ana charged me a total of $22.63 for two 10lbs tanks. I asked them in the past they don't refill 2.5lbs though, they say it's not practical for them to refill. Mr. Kegg's in Huntington Beach reflled the 2.5lbs for me in the past for like $15 I believe, you can call there ask first. I have since gotten rid of m 2.5lbs and just stuck with the 10lbs tanks.

Hydro shops swap 20lb for $15-20
PB shops refill 24oz or 1.5lb for $6-10

    It's crazy to me that a 2.5lb is $25

Hydro shop does 10 lbs for $15 (but I believe it's the same price across the board, 5-20 lbs). Paintball shop refills 24 oz for $5. Both shops in Hesperia/Victorville.

You live near me. I swap out 20lb tank for $20 at the hydroponics shop on beach. I used to drive out to san gabriel area somewhere for a 10lb refill for ~$10 but it's a long drive. I used to work around there.
