Its possibly your "rigid" line. The only line that seems to really work is the black hose like Varanid is using. The clear stuff tends to have too much movement and doesn't seal week in the connector.

That was the only tubing i could get into the regulator, it has some wierd thing where the tube has to click into the needle valve, and the soft tube i had couldnt do that. On amazon it said it was co2 proof but maybe the seller just said that to sell it

It likely is, what swoof is probably trying to say is that the black stuff is more rigid than the clear stuff, but that doesnít mean the clear stuff isnít co2 proof. I canít confirm or deny because I havenít used any of the clear stuff. The black stuff is sold by Aquatek.

I'm not saying it isn't what it is. I'm saying it doesn't make a sure fit in the UNS regulator. It will leak if it's the way you have it. Try it in the configuration (pointing down) like Shane has it. I used the same stuff and only got a leak free fitting with the black tubing. I do have one of the dual gauge UNS reactors so I do know what I'm talking about.

You spent the money on UNS. And you are wasting time here instead of contacting their customer service. Why? You paid 3-4 times what the unit was worth so that this wouldn't happen... remember?

Tested the check valve and it works, but when the co2 got to the diffuser it started coming out the tubing instead of the diffuser. Maybe the tubing is slightly to large and co2 is just leaking from all the connections

So youíre able to get gas all the way to the diffuser but rather than coming out of the diffuser, it leaks around the connection point?

If thatís the case, Iíd change out the hosing. Maybe go for the black stuff.

You can try. Do you have any more of the clear stuff? If so, run it post check valve to see if it works for you. But I would suspect itís because of the soft tubing youíre using post check valve and, having experience with it, the black stuff is super rigid (for flexible tubing).
