    Hydra

    Discovered some black stringy algae on my monte carlo carpet, took a closer look and pretty sure i saw a hydra. What do it do

    I purchased "Panacur Canine Dewormer 1 Gram" from amazon, after 36-48 hours, the hydra wilted and disappeared
    I forgot the dosage, followed some instructions on youtube

    Should add, I did this in my PRL shrimp tank.
    Only the hydra died... (blood worms, snails, shrimp were fine)

    Why get a fish when you can get medication for what you have? Medication would work best.

    I have some of this. https://www.amazon.com/Benibachi-Pla.../dp/B00E877CPW It does kill every snail, shrimp safe though. I dont know how big your tank is, but im sure I can spare some. P/U in cerritos.

    I back this 100%. I keep some in my closet for emergency purposes. It kills hydra without damaging your plants, fish, or shrimp. Snails are if-y, so I would take then out.
