I believe certain arowanas are listed within the endangered species act... careful what you post and please research proper ways to bring in animals and plants back to the US before doing so... Iím not 100% sure of current laws/regulations (as this isnít my field of LE), but am 100% sure you donít want drama with US Customs or CITES at this time in history.

There were some guys on so cali reefs who made national headlines trying to smuggle coral out of the Philippines. They had them stuffed into pringles containers and got fines of over 1,000 per coral. They had about 20 if memory serves correct.

They avoided jail time but had an attorney already in their deck to assist.

Make sure you research if you plan to bring anything back.

    I would start with:
    https://www.cbp.gov/travel/clearing-...-united-states

Within that write up is this listing:
USDA/APHIS Plant Protection and Quarantine Permit Unit at (301) 851-2046 or (877) 770-5990

Again, I’m not knowledgeable about transportation of such, but above is a start ...a few calls and a little research may save you tons of regret...

Just to let you know anything native to the Philippines will be likely a no on shipping. The Philippines is usually strict on keeping native species in the Philippines.

There has to be a way to bring stuff back. People transport shrimp and fish all the time for those stupid contests.
    THE CAKE IS A LIE!
