    Algae

    Well I fighting a little algae problem as of right now and was wondering if this product of H2O2 is okey to us a shrimp tank?

    With limited dosage, yes you can use Hydrogen Peroxide in tank with live stock, including shrimp. Turn off all water movement, including your filter, and squirt directly on the problem areas. Turn back on after 10~15 mins and do a water change.

    Also keep in mind that H2O2 doesn't kill every type of algae.

    Seem to be fighting staghorn algae so gonna give this a try

    I have used this and excel before to kill algae. But it will come back if you do not find the root of the problem.

    What I do is sometimes lower the degrees just a couple degrees maybe 2 degrees lower. Algae likes warm water

    Hello!
    I have done excel spot treating which works but requires many treatments in my case (hair algae). H2o2 definitely work! The people in the previous posts got your back!

    Tank has no heater water is at 22-24 Celsius. Water already pretty chilly
