    Minimal Paintball CO2

I have a bubble counter and diffuser. What us the absolute minimal setup I can manage for paintball can? I mean can I just get,a tank, a manual valve, maybe some sort of pinhole restrictor or reducer to limit co2 that can rush from the valve and a simple connect to my air line tubing. I am simply dosing a bubble every 1 to 2 seconds and meets my needs. I just hate these tiny 45g tanks at $15.

    Yes.

But if you’re already using 45g maybe you see use these 88g tanks. 2 pack for $13

Absolute minimum for a regulator would be an on-off valve with gauge and 1/4" npt out, fitting can have needle valve or not. The on off valve can act as your flow adjustment, you just have to be careful when setting it.

There are simple on off regulators for PB available online for $20-$30

I contacted Fluval and they said the 88g threading is different than the 45g. I need to find a place with a bunch of empties to try and find a size that matches.
