quick small update on the aquascape. Shrimp population = BOOM! Thereís so many Iím sure thereís a lot more hiding, buce has been doing so good but having a hard time attaching to rocks, might have to superglue some so they can make some sort of buce bush to cover the wood. Galaxy rasboras from my 17.5 weíre moved here. Will take better pics after this weeks water change (Friday) thanks for looking

Looks great! Has a very natural look to it. And I definitely agree with you about the algae on the rocks - I like that look too.

Thanks, i appreciate it! I think the shrimps went ham on the algae since itís no longer there... I believe my girlfriend was leaving the light on for a little too long while I was away in New York.

I decided to take the moss off of the other wood, it started to look kinda weird and it was really flat, so I decided to take it off and add a little bit more gravel to the back and added some rotala.

I did a major trim on these trees here, it was way to overgrown, this moss is actually growing fairly quickly. Not sure if itís Christmas moss or not I forget. I also decided to stick all the loose buce into place to keep that bush intact.

Enjoy! Should I do anything to this tank? Any adjustments? Add or remove plants? Let me know Iíve been having the urge to rescape this but I have my doubts haha!

I think it looks lovely as it is. I'd let the moss grow a little longer, though, for more of a "weeping willow" effect.

    Fluval Spec V

Update: I decided to take off the moss from the wood since it was blocking the other rotalas from sight, plus it was just flopping over not looking like a tree... I trimmed the rotala hra and the other rotala, and that red rose looking plant (can someone ID those?) they started to grow sideways so I kept trimming until they finally grew straight up and it looked a lot fuller. Iím really liking how the co2 changed my tank. It gives the plants nice vibrant colors! This is the fluval 88g co2 kit, Iím going to upgrade after this canister runs out, so Iíll be on the look out for a small paintball canister. I added one or two red root floater just to see how it would look, I like it so far but wonít let it get out of hand. Here are some pics and close up pics of the inhabitants. Any advice would work! Should I change anything? Keep every thing as it is?

Absolute love your tank. Lot of contrast of plant you have there. Also might just have to take some ideas from this scape. Keep it up.

Thanks man, at first if you go a couple weeks up to the thread you can see I had java ferns and crypts behind the other piece of wood holding the sp Japan, I got tired of how it looked so I planted these stem plants I got from a member in Alhambra. Iím glad I was able to inspire you or at least the scape did haha use as many ideas as you want!
