    Shipping...

Just a reminder. If you ship plants to someone please do not ship them in a bubble mailer. The plants will get smashed flat like a pancake. Also please wrap the plants up in a wet towel at the minimum. That is all.

This is just a reminder for those of us left of SCAPE. My experience happened from a member on TPT.

Sorry to hear that I personally use a small flat rate box or a 6x6x2 box to house them during shipment.

Here's how I package both my pink ramshorn snails and amazon frogbits. This can be applied to most other items as well.

    - Wet paper towel in tank water
    - Squeeze the towel so that it's damp but not soaked.
    - Lay the paper towel flat
    - Place shipping items onto the paper towel.
    - Wrap and roll the paper towel over the item so that it is completely covered on all ends
    - Put into zip lock bag (if it's a plant, take out as much air as possible without crushing said plant.)
    - Wrap in newspaper as base layer insulation.
    - Optional, but recommended to add additional insulation

    Good to go
