Thanks Tim! Was gonna transfer some Goldenbacks Neos into that tank. Might add some Super Tigers as well in the future when that colony gets a little bigger.
Looks awesome! Where’d you pick up your bonsai trees from?
Thank you Ben!

I used the sort feature and look for trees under $25.
Just an update.
3 berried Goldenback shrimps. Hoping to see babies in the near future. Marimo moss ball tree is doing really well.
All the Snow White Anubias Tisssue melted. still have roots but nothing else. Melted in both of my tanks, both tanks were established for many months prior to introducing the Snow White. Added a couple Bloody Mary shrimp in this tank.

Goldenback Babies are here! Spotted about 5 babies so far.
Now waiting for the Bloody Marys to have babies. Removed the melted snow white anubias to a holding tank, hoping it will recover on day since it still has roots. Dropped in on AR mini for color.

Those are pretty sweet little tanks- do you mind if I ask how much they were? I am on the lookout for a small tank for my office.
I am an old dog trying to learn some new tricks...
Thank you Tom!
Originally I purchased these two (3.7g) for $39.99 each plus tax with free shipping about a year ago. Then, I was able to purchase six more (3 shipped to home address and 3 to work address) when Petco had their promo sale of $30 off $100 spent plus free shipping. The tanks were on sale at the time ($34.99)as well so I ended getting them roughly $28 each shipped to me. I've been waiting for that sale for a while but is hasn't happened. Current price for the tank as been averaging about $50 for the past year. Right now it's $59.99 way too expensive. I'm using camelcamelcamel to try and monitor the price as well with no luck.
Sorry for the long back story. I just don't think this tank is worth $60, had to rip out some of the chambers in the back and re-silicone to get the proper flow I wanted for filtration. Below is the link from Petco if you want to monitor it for future sales.

I like this one alot, give you a little more space to work with as well (6.8g). Got two of these on sale for roughly $42 shipped to me. Again I had to rip out some compartments and re-silicone in the back to get proper filter flow but it was worth it. Also able to use the Chihiros RGB lights on it since it was a little bigger. Probably buy more if it ever goes on sale.

Good news, my wait for Bloody Mary babies in this tank isn't going to be long.
Guess Blood Mary babies are coming soon.
I see a prego mamma hiding in the back corner

Been a while since I updated these two little tanks.
I like this marimo moss bonsai tank. Nothing to trim, just vacuum weekly when I change water. The Goldenbacks breeding fine, recently added some of my babies PRL from Shawn Kang's line. Need to take better pictures of those soon.
I ended up removing the Bloody Mary's from the plant only tank and added Orange Eye Royal Blue Tigers. Playing around with the colors editing on this google for this tank.

Finally a decent picture of one of the shrimp babies from Shawn Kang's PRL line. I added 10 shrimps into this Bonzai tank just to break up the colors of Goldenback Yellows. Not sure if they will breed since this tank is neocaridina parameters.
This one just happened to still long enough for me to take a picture. Hope to get better pictures of them.
His line actually breeds mostly Mosura and Mosura Crown. I've had his shrimp for about a year now, need to move that colony to bigger tank.
I currently have that group in one of my 3 gallon tanks.

I have a similar back set up as you do. Got it online but I use a smaller flow that cost $5 does the job with a light water flow. Please post when your all done.
I see some shrimps are berried and awesome for you. How many shrimps do you think each tank will take?
I think that really depends on how well you can keep your shrimp comfortably happy, feed and provide clean water...
It's a juggling act. Too much food can lead to poor water quality, too much water changes can stress your shrimps. Shrimps don't like change.
My shrimps tends to bred as long as those three conditions are met I think. Fortunately I have not had to deal with shrimps stop breeding.
