My little brother visiting from NY and I made this clip when we saw these macs fighting in their tank while we were having dinner. Couldn't help it!

These young macs are now 13 months old. I've separated them into pairs, mostly, the ones that I could tell their sex(es). Lets hope they will start breeding. Hehehe. The rest is still in groups.

I got only a few confirmed pairs from this batch. The rest are still hard to sex them. There are definitely more females than males in this spawn. I'm keeping those confirmed pairs for breeding though. May let go some of the others later.

    Oh, thanks for asking Troy,

I'll try to snap some photos of the breeding pairs from this spawn. They are in pairs and in their own tanks now.

A little update on this project which is going on for F3 generation of these fish. Here is one of the males from F2 who just released his F3 fry a few days ago. They are now super hardy with the 50/50 RO/tap water of Southern California.

You can see the little fry in the background of the photo.

Hi, do you have extra females for trade? I have extra adult males.
